SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology and can be used in a wireless communication system. To improve the quality of received signals, the communication device is designed to transmit packets during the detection of an interference signal. Each STA registers a pair from the RSSI measurement result of the OBSS and the BSS color and sends a report to the AP about the BSS colors that correspond to the maximum value and minimum value of the RSSI. The AP generates a database or table using an STA having a minimum or maximum RSSI for each of the OBSS. After detecting the OBSS signal, the AP selects the STA that has the lowest RSSI OBSS or does not have the highest RSSI OBSS, and performs the SR transmission. Alternatively, the AP measures the arrival angles of STA and OBSS. After detecting the OBSS signal, the AP selects the STA that is most different in the arrival angle from the OBSS or most different in the arrival angle from the OBSS, and performs the SR transmission.
