SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for wireless communication. To this end, the method includes the following steps. The terminal device monitors a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a discontinuous reception (DRX) period, wherein the PDCCH carries the uplink grant, and the uplink grant indicates an asynchronous hybrid automatic request process for repetition (HARQ) used to transmit the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and the terminal device starts the uplink HARQ round trip time (RTT) for the asynchronous HARQ process at the first moment after PDCCH detection, the first moment being the moment of the first PUSCH transmission.
EFFECT: invention ensures energy conservation.
