SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method, a terminal apparatus and a system for authentication of a user for a transaction. In the method, the input personal identification number (PIN) entered by the user, the input image drawn by the user on the touch screen of a terminal apparatus and the input biometric information of the user are recorded by the terminal apparatus when a transaction is initiated by the user on the terminal apparatus by means of a payment form constituting a payment medium associated with the account of the user, while the input image is drawn by the user; and a transaction is executed by the terminal apparatus based on user authentication, wherein the user is authenticated by the server receiving the input PIN, input image and input biometric information sent by the terminal apparatus when the input PIN, input image and input biometric information match the reference PIN, reference image and reference biometric information associated with the payment form, respectively, wherein the reference biometric information is associated with the reference image.
