The claimed biologically active dietary supplement comprises fat of the Japanese sardine and natural antioxidant betulin obtained from birch bark extract, at the following weight ratio of ingredients: 100:0.02 to 0.10.

EFFECT: invention allows expanding the range of biologically active dietary supplements with a high content of sea PUFAs of the omega-3 family and phospholipids, increasing the shelf life thereof allowing including it in the diet for patients with lipid metabolism disorders and at-risk persons for a long time without changing the quality of the biologically active dietary supplement.
