FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the production of foodstuffs both for mass use and specialized for dietary therapeutic and dietary preventive nutrition, including polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), such as the omega-6 and omega-3 families, as well as natural antioxidants. The caviar product contains caviar of Pacific salmon or sea urchins, vegetable oil flavored with cinnamon, table salt, emulsifier, additionally contains fat of ivasi sardine and food additive "Betulin". The quantitative ratio of the initial components of the product is selected. Fresh and/or overripe, and/or watered, and/or frozen caviar and/or roe film are used. For the flavored oil, soy, corn and sunflower refined oil is used.
EFFECT: invention offers a new dietetic product.
