FIELD: energy conversion.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of direct energy conversion using the Peltier or Seebeck effect. Substance: the thermoelectric module comprises branches of "p" and "n" type of conductivity, switching conductive plates electrically and mechanically immovably connected to the end surfaces of the branches of the thermal elements forming a common electrical circuit, electrical insulating hot and cold heat transitions located between the switching plates and the inner sides of the corresponding heat pipes. The heat transitions are made in form of an adhesive layer of a dielectric material with a spacer. The spacer is made in form of a net impregnated with an adhesive composition on both sides, wherein the net is made of a heat-resistant dielectric filament, e.g. a quartz or a metal filament coated over the entire surface with a layer of a dielectric material, e.g., aluminium oxide. The spacer can be made in form of parallel alternating U-shaped strips stamped from metal foil, forming a common structure and covered on both sides with a dielectric material, e.g., metal oxide wherein spacer is made from said metal. The adhesive composition is made in form of a mixture of a compound in the amount of 60 to 70% and a filler in form of finely dispersed ground mica.
EFFECT: technical result is an improved design of a thermoelectric module.
