FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric module refers to thermoelectric solid-state devices operating on the basis of Peltier effect. Thermoelements located between two heat exchange plates of hot and cold junctions are connected in-series in electric circuit. Each thermoelement is composed of two branches made of semiconductor of n- and p-type conductivity and attached with switching buses fixed on inner surfaces of heat exchange plates of hot and cold junctions. All external lateral surfaces of peripheral branches of peripheral series of thermoelements are enclosed with one solid closed protective cover made from silicone sealant, the external surface of which is located flush with lateral surfaces of heat exchange plates. Surfaces of thermoelements' branches and opened internal surfaces of the switching buses and heat exchange plates are covered with the sealing protective cover in the form of epoxy-urethane varnish film.
