FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and medical rehabilitation, and can be used to improve the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic dermatoses. A way to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic dermatoses using standard drug therapy is to prescribe external topical glucocorticoid drugs. In this case, the patient is additionally prescribed sessions of local applications with room temperature bicarbonate mineral waters of the affected skin areas, lasting one session for 40 minutes, daily, with a course for 10 days, before applying the specified group of drugs.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the effectiveness of the treatment method by enhancing the action of standard drugs, reducing the duration of treatment, the number of relapses, simplicity and safety of use, the absence of contraindications.
