FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely, a medical device for fistula treatment and a medical kit. The device contains a liquid collection element, a liquid transfer element, and a stretching element. The distal part of the liquid transfer element is surrounded by the liquid collection element, and the stretching element is designed to position the medical device inside the fistula and/or to extend the medical device along the fistula passage. The liquid collection element is attached to the distal part of the liquid transfer element. The stretching element is attached to the distal end of the liquid collection element and/or the liquid transfer element. A medical kit contains a device and a component selected from a group consisting of a low-pressure or vacuum source, an extension tube, a liquid collection vessel, a sterile filter, a gripping tool, a lubricant, a syringe, suture material, a patch, scissors, and a brace attachment device. The device and kit contribute to the effective and universal fistula treatment, mainly anal ones.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a medical device and a medical kit that facilitate the implementation of a mild, as far as possible, fistula treatment, in particular anal fistulas, avoiding the disadvantages known from the technology level.
