FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: in a method for operating wells for the production of high-viscosity oil, a site is drilled with a grid of evaluative vertical wells with the selection of cores of productive horizons, complex geophysical researches of wells are conducted, preliminary geometrical and geological and physical parameters of a high-viscosity oil deposit are obtained, oil content contours are clarified, a placement of a pair of horizontal production and injection wells and volume of extracted resources per the pair of wells are determined. After long-lasting operation of the pair of wells and extraction of more than 50% of the initial volume of extracted resources per the pair of wells, to maintain reservoir pressure and operation productivity, two columns of pump-compressor pipes (hereinafter – PCP) are lowered into the production well. The end of the first PCP column with a pump is placed in an operation column, the end of the second PCP column is placed in a horizontal borehole in a filter part at a distance from 50 to 350 m from the pump input. Further, the extraction of products is resumed through the first PCP column with the lowered pump, and in the second PCP column, to maintain reservoir pressure and cooling of liquid supplied to a pump intake, pumping of water with a temperature close to the initial deposit temperature is initiated. By adjusting the mode of pumping of water into the production well, the steam generation process and failures of the supply to the pump intake are eliminated. After that, the mode of liquid extraction from the production well is gradually increased to increase oil production rate.
EFFECT: increase and stabilization of reservoir pressure to maintain the steam chamber above the borehole of the production well, efficiency of pump equipment, elimination of reduction in operation productivity of wells.
