FIELD: oil production industry.
SUBSTANCE: used in the development of deposits of high-viscosity and bituminous oil. A method for operating a pair of wells producing high-viscosity oil is claimed, including the construction of production and injection wells located in parallel within the productive formation. Tubing strings are lowered into both wells and wells are completed by controlled injection of steam into both wells through tubing strings. Geophysical research is carried out in the production well to determine the distribution of pressure and temperature along the wellbore. A fibre optic cable and tubing with a pump and temperature and pressure sensors are placed in the production well. A constant operating mode of a pair of wells is established by changing the steam supply through the injection well and changing the operating frequency of the pump at a liquid temperature at the pump inlet not higher than the maximum permissible under the operating conditions of the pump. From the wells that have opened the productive formation, control ones are selected, which are equipped with pressure sensors. Before the start of well operation, studies of the reservoir pressure of the productive formation, the thickness and properties of the productive formation cap are carried out to determine the maximum permissible coolant injection pressure. During operation, periodic measurements of reservoir pressure are carried out through monitoring wells. When the reservoir pressure drops by more than 30% of the initial one, steam is forced to be pumped into the injection well at a pressure at which the reservoir seal does not fracture. In this case, before the forced injection of steam, a pipeline is assembled into the annulus line of the horizontal injection well from the mouth of the paired production well and the injection of the produced oil-water emulsion from the paired production well into the annulus of the injection well is started. When the reservoir pressure in the monitoring wells is restored to 90% of the initial value, the pumping of the produced fluid into the annular line of the horizontal injection well is stopped and the pair of wells is operated as before.
EFFECT: increase in oil production rate by levelling the steam injectivity profile along the horizontal injection wellbore.
