FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: used in the development of deposits of high-viscosity and bituminous oil. The method for operating a pair of wells producing high-viscosity oil includes steam injection through a horizontal injection well, formation fluids withdrawal through a horizontal production well located below and parallel to the injection well. Two columns of tubing pipes (tubing) of different diameters are lowered into the injection well. Place the end of the column of larger diameter at the beginning of the horizontal shaft, the end of the column of smaller diameter - at the end of the horizontal shaft. A fiber-optic cable and a tubing string with an electric centrifugal pump and temperature sensors are placed in the production well at the inlet to the electric centrifugal pump motor and in the electric centrifugal pump. Steam is injected through an injection well, thermal measurements are carried out using a fiber optic cable. At the same time, as a result of thermal measurements along the production wellbore, a zone of the horizontal wellbore of the production well with a temperature exceeding 125°C. If such a zone is detected, steam injection is stopped. An electric centrifugal pump and a fiber optic cable are removed from the production well. A liner is selected with a length that allows its end to be located with the entrance to the production well filter string at a distance of 100-400 m, and a packer with the possibility of its further installation to the production well filter string. The packer is installed on the liner. A liner with a packer installed on it is lowered into the production well. Further, an electric centrifugal pump is lowered into the production well up to the location interval of the installed packer with a liner. A production well is launched to withdraw formation fluids, and steam injection is resumed into the injection well.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the method by reducing the temperature of the extracted product and eliminating overheating, failure of pumping equipment, steam breakthrough, reducing the negative impact of fluid inflow from the overheated interval, as well as increasing the flow rate of production wells by shifting the sampling point to the interval with the optimal fluid temperature.
