FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the development of a reservoir of high viscosity and bitumen oil. Method includes construction on section of horizontal injection well and production well located below and parallel injection well, lowering into injection well two columns of tubing string, placing in the production well a fiber-optic cable and a tubing string with a pump and temperature sensors at the pump motor inlet and in the pump, controlled injection of steam into the injection well through the tubing string, performing thermobaric measurements in the production well and using the fiber-optic cable to detect the zone of the horizontal shaft of the production well with different temperature, change of steam supply through injection well and operation of pump setting mode of operation of a pair of wells, in which pump operates in constant mode at liquid temperature at inlet, which is equal to maximum allowable by operating conditions. Prior to construction of horizontal wells, the section is drilled with grid of estimated vertical wells with extraction of cores of productive horizons, complex geophysical survey of wells is performed, based on results of generalization of obtained materials and laboratory studies of core obtaining preliminary geometrical and geological and physical parameters of super-viscous oil deposit, updating the outlines of the oil-bearing area, determining the location of the pair of horizontal production and injection wells and the initial volume of recoverable oil reserves attributable to a pair of wells, after establishing the operating conditions of a pair of wells, operating pairs of wells for 2–8 years, at that, weekly volume of accumulated oil production and volume of residual extracted oil reserves are determined, at volume of residual extracted oil reserves from 25 to 75 % of initial volume of recovered oil reserves per pair of wells, on cluster adjacent horizontal producing well is selected with water content of more than 97 %, in annular production well annulus line is assembled pipeline from wellhead of neighboring on production well cluster, gradually increasing extraction of formation water from adjacent production well with subsequent change of operating mode of horizontal production well, wherein pressure of formation water pumping from adjacent production well to annular space at production well mouth shall not exceed ultimate pressure of reservoir integrity maintenance of productive formation, control of the water injection mode to the production well excludes the steam generation process and feed disruptions at the pump intake, after which the reservoir water extraction mode is gradually increased through the production well to increase the oil flow rate.

EFFECT: increasing production rate of production well, providing stability of operation of a pair of wells with constant flow of steam injection through an injection well and extraction of liquid through a production well.
