SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of packet transmission. To realise the technical result, a method applied to a terminal apparatus is proposed, the terminal apparatus includes a signalling processor, an application processor and a communication interface. The signalling processor communicates information about the first packet to the application processor, wherein the first packet is a transmitted packet to be sent rejected by the signalling processor. The application processor transmits the second packet to the signalling processor according to the information about the first packet, wherein the second packet is identical to the first packet. The signalling processor sends the second packet to the network apparatus using the communication interface.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced delay in retransmission of the transmitted packet rejected by the signalling processor by the terminal apparatus and improved delay in response by the terminal apparatus to packet loss, so that data transmission between the terminal apparatus and the network is more uniform.
