SUBSTANCE: method includes: receiving a paging message corresponding with the UE in accordance with the information associated with the UE; wherein the information includes at least one of: a temporary paging radio network identifier P-RNTI, a control resource set CORESET, and a search area; wherein receiving the paging message includes: receiving a downlink control information DCI; receiving a physical downlink shared channel PDSCH in accordance with the DCI and receiving a paging message from the PDSCH; wherein receiving the PDSCH includes: receiving the PDSCH within the existing minimum frequency domain of the UE and outside of the existing minimum frequency domain of the UE in accordance with the PDSCH scheduling indication information, wherein the bandwidth of the PDCCH frequency domain is less than or equal to the minimum bandwidth; or receiving the PDSCH outside of the existing minimum frequency domain of the UE in accordance with the PDSCH scheduling indication information, wherein the bandwidth of the PDCCH frequency domain is less than or equal to the minimum bandwidth.
EFFECT: reduced paging delay.
