SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a support with a load-bearing capacity that can withstand a variable load. The steel support/pallets/platform contains at least two pairs of internal legs (02), at least two pairs of external legs (01), load-bearing plate (04), connecting strip (03), and a shock-absorbing/cushioning pad used for loading, carrying, holding, storing, and transporting steel, steel rolls, tubes, and/or other similar heavy materials at variable temperatures during long-distance movement. The load-bearing plate is placed on top of four hollow metal support racks (two internal legs and two external legs) at the opposite end, with both ends connected to each other by a connecting strip by welding.

EFFECT: providing support for carrying, holding, storing and transporting a variety of heavy materials of cylindrical shape, as well as other preferred shapes, without affecting the quality of the steel rack or the loaded materials.
