FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and can be used to correct the functional state of the masticatory muscles of dental patients. The bioelectrical activity of the masticatory muscles is measured at rest and with tension of the masticatory muscles. Functional correction is performed using biological feedback therapy. In this case, a session of therapy is carried out using biological feedback with wireless electrodes. Electrical stimulation of the masticatory muscles is carried out with two-phase electric current pulses in the form of groups of periodic series, with varying duration and pulse repetition rate, with the possibility of regulating the current strength for each channel. The muscles with increased bioelectrical activity of the masticatory muscles at rest are influenced by impulses of 100 microns duration with a decreasing frequency from 50 to 10 Hz. The muscles with reduced bioelectrical activity are influenced by voltage pulses of 150 to 200 microns duration, with an increasing pulse repetition rate from 50 to 150 Hz. The stimulating effect is brought closer to the parameters of the bioelectrical activity of the masticatory muscles of normal state. Session duration 10 minutes, course of 12 procedures.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the procedure and provides correction of the functional state of the masticatory muscles through the use of wireless electrodes and exposure parameters based on the results of the obtained electromyograms.
