The system includes a block for integrating the target situation, a block for forming and transmitting navigation restrictions, a block for collecting and transmitting navigation conditions, a block for processing and routing data, a block for analyzing the situation and making decisions, a block for mathematical models of ship movement, and a block for routing.

EFFECT: system improves accuracy of determining the optimal divergence maneuvers of vessels, thereby increasing the safety of navigation in various critical situations.
