FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining a hydrosilylation catalyst based on a platinum complex with carbene ligands, which consists in taking 0.5 mmol of hydrogen hexachloroplatinate hexahydrate H2PtCl6 × 6H2O and dissolving it in 2.5 ml of isopropanol with stirring until completely dissolved; then take 5.0 mmol of sodium bicarbonate, 2.69 mmol of 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane and 1.5 ml of isopropanol are added to it and the resulting suspension is mixed for 15 minutes at a temperature of 40 to 60°C; next, the resulting solution of hydrogen hexachloroplatinate is added to the resulting suspension of sodium bicarbonate and mixed for 2-4 hours at a reaction mixture temperature of 40 to 60°C; then the resulting mixture is cooled to room temperature, filtered in an inert atmosphere; then the solvent isopropanol is distilled from the resulting filtrate under vacuum at a temperature of 50°C until a highly viscous oily liquid containing Pt2(dvtms)3 is formed; next, 0.5–1.0 ml of o-xylene, 0.53 mmol of 9-cyclopentyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium bromide or 0.53 mmol of 9-isopropyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium bromide, 0.77 mmol of potassium tert-butylate are added to the resulting solution sequentially with continuous stirring, the resulting mixture is stirred for 16 hours at room temperature in an inert atmosphere; then the resulting mixture is filtered, from the resulting the filtrate, the solvents isopropanol and o-xylene are distilled off at reduced pressure and at a temperature of 70°C; the resulting powder is washed, dried under vacuum at room temperature, and a target platinum catalyst containing a Pt(dvtms)complex is obtained(L), where dvtms is 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane, L = 9-cyclopentyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium or L = 9-isopropyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium. The invention also relates to a platinum carbene complex of the Pt(dvtms)(L) type, where dvtms is 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane; L = 9-cyclopentyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium (L=I) or L = 9-isopropyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium (L=II) obtained by the method described above, as well as to a hydrosilation reaction catalyst containing a Pt(dvtms)(L)-type platinum carbene complex, described above, where dvtms is 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane; L = 9-cyclopentyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium or L = 9-isopropyl-1,3,7-trimethylxanthinium.
EFFECT: catalyst must be stable to decomposition under the influence of sunlight in the temperature range of 60-100°C, ensure reproducibility of the results of catalysis of the hydrosilation reaction on an industrial scale, have good solubility in silicone oligomers (rubbers), be a solid crystalline substance soluble in non-polar solvents.
