FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for the production of a hydrosilylation catalyst comprising nanosized particles of platinum (0). The method consists in obtaining a hydrosilylation catalyst, in which nanosized particles of platinum (0) are obtained with a yield of at least 97.9 wt. % by boiling hexahydrate of chloroplatinic acid H2PtCl6·6H2O in excess of one of the alcohols of the general formula CnH2n+1OH, where n has values in the range 1-4, for 7 hours, followed by three times distillation of acidic water alcohol azeotrope at a residual pressure of 5 mm Hg and temperature 40-60°C, after which the resulting nanosized particles of platinum (0) are mixed with trialkyl (aryl) silyl silicates of the general formula [R1R2R3SiO0,5]x[SiO2], where R1=R2=R3=CH3; R1=R2=CH3; R3=C6H5; R1=CH3; R2=R3=C6H5; x has values in the range of 0.875-4, in mass ratios of platinum (0):[R1R2R3SiO0,5]x[SiO2], lying in the range of 1:233-1:1852, in the presence of absolute ethanol at room temperature, followed by distillation of ethanol at 60°C under vacuum 5 mm Hg, and the yield of the hydrosilylation catalyst is not less than 97.9 wt.% with the content of nanosized particles of platinum (0) 0.055-0.436 wt.%.

EFFECT: obtaining a hydrosilylation catalyst of increased stability, as well as ensuring a high yield and purity of the catalyst.
