SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a platinum-containing catalyst, and catalysts obtained by this method, which can be used in the industrial production of silicone rubbers and compounds. Hydrogen hexachloroplatinate, 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane and sodium bicarbonate are taken as components. Hydrogen hexachloroplatinate is placed in a three-necked round-bottom flask equipped with a nitrogen supply system and 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane is added. After that, the mixture is purged with nitrogen, a threefold cycle of evacuation – supply of nitrogen is carried out and heating is carried out at a temperature of 57°C with constant stirring. Then sodium bicarbonate is added and heated at 57°C to neutralize the resulting solution. The mixture is filtered on a Nutsche filter. The final product is a solution of a platinum complex of the type Pt2 (dvtms)3 (dvtms -1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane). Next, in a stream of nitrogen, the solution obtained during stage 1 of the synthesis is mixed with a solution of phosphine in toluene or xylene from the R2PR' series where R is cyclohexyl, tert-butyl-; R' - 2'- (N,N-dimethylamino) biphenyl, 2', 4', 6'-tris (isopropyl) biphenyl, 2', 6'-di (methoxy) biphenyl, o-biphenyl in 12 ml of toluene. The resulting solution is stirred and kept at room temperature for 24 hours. The catalyst obtained by the above method includes a complex of platinum (0) with 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane and dialkylbiarylphosphine of the formula [LPt (dvtms)] where L is a ligand from the series -2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2', 4', 6'-triisopropylbiphenyl, 2-di-tert-butylphosphino-2', 4', 6'-triisopropylbiphenyl, 2-(di-tert- butylphosphino) biphenyl, 2- (dicyclohexylphosphino) biphenyl, 2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2', 6'-dimethoxybiphenyl, 2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2'-(N,N-dimethylamino)biphenyl.
EFFECT: absence of the formation of colloidal platinum during the catalytic process, high catalyst activity at relatively low concentrations, optimal life in silicone rubber compounds, resistance of the catalyst to decomposition under the influence of light, and improved processability.
