FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to automatic and automated measuring systems for various purposes and can be used as a measurement unit standard base. The apparatus is comprised of a first and second division units, a first, second and third multiplication formation units, a first sum formation unit, wherein the inputs of the division 1.1 unit, the multiplication formation unit 2.1, the second input of the division unit 1.2, the inputs of the sum formation units 3.1, the second input of the multiplication formation units 2.2 and 2.3 are inputs to the apparatus; the output of the division unit 1.1 is the first output of the apparatus; the output of the multiplication formation unit 2.1 is the first input of the division unit 1.2 the output whereof is the second output of the device; the output of the sum formation unit 3.1 is the first input of the multiplication formation unit 2.2 the output whereof is the first input of the multiplication formation unit 2.3 the output whereof is the fourth output of the apparatus. The third and fourth division units 1.3 and 1.4 are therein introduced into said unit, the output of the division unit 1.2 is the first input of the division unit 1.3, the output of the multiplication formation unit 2.3 is the second input of the division unit 1.3 the output whereof is the third output of the apparatus, the fourth and eighth inputs of the apparatus are the second and first inputs of the division unit 1.4, respectively, the output whereof is the fifth output of the apparatus.

EFFECT: creation of an apparatus for arrangement of a base of units of frequency, time, wavelength, current, voltage and resistance.
