FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building and is used in construction of strip-membrane subsurface foundations primarily for low- and medium-rise buildings. A strip-membrane subsurface foundation is comprised of a base with a curvilinear cylindrical surface in the span of the foundation, supporting reinforced concrete contours in form of a cross beam system, a membrane laid on a base with a curvilinear cylindrical surface in the span of the foundation, a damping pad made of highly compressible slab material. The base with the curvilinear cylindrical surface in the span of the foundation is made of a soil-cement mass with a compressive strength greater than the compressive strength of the grade. The membrane is made of composite materials with a fibre in the transverse direction, clamped by the edges between the supporting reinforced concrete contour and the damping pad. The damping pad is located on a concrete bed made by a sand bed arranged along the grade.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of use and expanding the area of application of strip-membrane subsurface foundations by ensuring technological simplicity of design of the foundation, reducing the material consumption of the foundation and the labour consumption of earthworks, increasing, reducing the value of foundation settlement, providing a possibility of monitoring the inclusion of a base with a curvilinear cylindrical surface in the span of the foundation into operation.
