SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to tillage rollers. The tillage roller includes a hollow cylinder equipped with an axis with evenly spaced ribs around the circumference. The ribs are installed in a helical line and connect the vertical disks. Inside the hollow cylinder, a smooth cylinder is installed, the diameter of which is less than the radius of the hollow cylinder. The smooth cylinder is provided with an axis mounted in bearings on tangs on the axis of the hollow cylinder. The axis of the hollow cylinder is installed with the possibility of rotation separately from the vertical disks. Pulleys are rigidly mounted on the axis of the hollow cylinder. On the surface of the smooth cylinder, annular grooves are made, connected by belts with pulleys. Actually, the diameter of the pulleys is made smaller than the inner diameter of the annular grooves. On the axis of the hollow cylinder, the debalancers are installed.
