SUBSTANCE: method for producing closing device (100) of the aseptic container involves the insertion of the first protective material into the first mold to obtain shell (10) and protective element (11) connected to the shell in accordance with connection area (14). Then, a second material suitable for piercing is inserted into shell (10) to obtain the central part. A facilitated separation area is created in accordance with connection area (14) during the stage of insertion of the first material. The pressure is generated required for the second material to flow out through the temporarily open area of the facilitated separation during the stage of insertion of the second material to create protruding element (21), in which protective element (11) is at least partially embedded, and which is separated from central part (20) by connection area (14).
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a container closing device with aseptic properties, which allows for easy opening.
