SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in spark plugs. The spark plug has insulator (2), case (3) and sealing washer (4). Sealing washer (4) is located between insulator (2) and case (3). Sealing washer (4) is deformable. Insulator (2) has annular ledge (20), to which sealing washer (4) is adjacent. Annular ledge (20) has radius (R1) ranging from 0.20 to 0.60 mm.
EFFECT: reducing the size of the spark plug and improving the tightness between its insulator and case.
