METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF COMBINED FODDERS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A23N17/00

Abstract RU 2651602 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, in particular to thermal conditioning of mixed fodders. Method includes supplying the components to the receiving hoppers with integrated heat exchangers and preheaters, metering, mixing in the assembly conveyor, treatment in the barothermic processing reactor, cooling, extraction of heated air along the steam pipeline and its supply to the heat exchangers of the receiving bunkers, extraction of heat and its removal through the thermal main to the heaters of the tanks of liquid components. Loose combined fodder, leaving the barothermic processing rector through the thermal discharge gate, is supplied to the switchgear. Switchgear is located in the gas storage holder. Then, the fodder that is obtained after treatment in the reactor is sequentially distributed to the streams through the pipe headers, depending on the type of obtainment of the combined fodders required and is sent to the extruder, expander or into the capacity of finished products. Heat from the extruder and the expander is extracted and transferred through the thermal main to the heaters, which are installed in the capacities for fat, molasses and other additives. Steam, which is emitted by the loose combined fodders at the outlet of the barothermic processing reactor is withdrawn and fed through the gas storage holder to the heat exchangers, which are installed in the receiving bins for soybean, rapeseed and grain.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to simplify the technology of production of combined fodders, as well as to eliminate the power capacity of grinding and granulation processes.
