SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a fixing washer for the initial fixation of a fastener in the hole of a structural element to be fixed, a fastener for fixing structural elements, a system and a method for cutting and/or removing a certain area of the protective film on the structural element to be fixed. Fixing washer for the initial fixation of the fastener in the hole of the structural element to be fixed, in particular the facade panel, when installing the fastener and for cutting and/or removing a certain area of the protective film on the structural element to be fixed when installing the fastener has: a fixing means for the initial retention of the fastener in the intended position relatively to the hole when installing the fastener and at least one connecting means for, at least, temporary formation of a connection between the fixing washer and the fastener. The connecting means is implemented to form a detachable connection to a fastener with a geometric closure for transmitting the rotational movement of the fastener to the fixing washer. The connecting device is made in the form of at least one protrusion and/or recess on the head of the fastener. The specified protrusion and/or recess are made with the possibility to interact with the corresponding at least one recess and/or protrusion on the fixing washer. The fixing washer also has at least one cutting and/or erasing means on the side of the fixing washer facing the structural element to be attached, which, when the fixing washer rotates, cuts and/or erases the protective film.
EFFECT: provision of an auxiliary tool that can simplify the installation of structural elements of the structure, in particular facade panels, on the basis or supporting structure.
