SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of auxiliary production, contributing to the creation of rational conditions for the maintenance of warehouses and retail outlets due to the manufacture of packaging and distribution of products in strict geometric spatial forms that can occupy in space relative to each other various volumetric shapes, convenient for transporting them manually or using transport funds. The claimed technical solution is intended for attaching corrugated cardboard to each other, located in parallel planes. A device for connecting sheets of corrugated cardboard is proposed, including two fastening elements connected to each other, made with the possibility of attaching to cardboard parts of displays using an adhesive connection, while the first element is made in the form of a U-shaped profile with symmetrically protruding plates parallel to the base of the profile on the sides, there is a T-shaped spike inside the U-shaped profile. The edges of the U-shaped profile protrude beyond the plane of the protruding plates by at least 3 mm. The second element is represented by a flat base in the form of a rectangular or square plate with a rectangular hole in the central part on three planes of which there is a protruding part in the form of a rectangular prism without one side. The base of the protruding part is parallel to the base of the second element and has a slot made with possibility of fixing the T-shaped spike of the first element in it. Disclosed is also a method of joining corrugated cardboard sheets. It consists in fastening the sheets with at least one pair of fastening elements each of which is located on a separate front board of the corrugated board, while the first element of the device is installed in the lower part of the groove of the first front board, comparable in size with the U-shaped profile of the element, on the glue applied to the protruding plates from the side of the inner part of the U-shaped profile and / or on the corresponding section of the front side, the second element of the device is installed with a protruding part in a groove of the second end side of a commensurate size, the second end side of the corrugated board is installed with protruding parts along of at least one second element of the device into the corresponding upper portions of the groove of the first front bead of comparable dimensions, followed by fixing the fastening elements in each other by pressing on the second front bead.
EFFECT: reliable fastening of corrugated cardboard sheets due to the design and arrangement of the connection elements.
