FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to construction, namely to the hardening of rocky soil by injecting a hardening water-cement mortar into the rocky soil using the operation of drilling a well, technologically combined with the operation of injection. The drilling injector for cementation of rocky soil contains a supply pipe, the lower end of which is made with an outlet for supplying water-cement mortar to the cementation zone, and a protective pipe, at the lower end of which a drill bit is installed, and the upper end is made open, and an inflatable sleeve with cuffs at the ends, with the help of which the sleeve is installed on the supply pipe so that part of this pipe is inside the sleeve with the formation of a corresponding annular space, in the area of which through holes are made in the side wall of the supply pipe for supplying a water-cement mortar into the specified annular space for the formation of a packer in this space in the process of cementation of rocky soil, the supply pipe together with the specified sleeve is located inside the protective pipe and is connected by its lower end to the lower end of the protective pipe by means of a detachable connection capable of transmitting torque from the supply pipe to the drill bit. The method for cementation of rocky soil using the above drilling injector includes the operation of drilling a well to a predetermined level in the rocky soil, performed by the specified drilling injector, disconnecting the supply pipe from the protective pipe of the injector, raising the supply pipe together with the inflatable sleeve relative to the protective pipe to a predetermined height within the height wells in rocky soil, supply of water-cement mortar through the supply pipe to the annular space to form a packer and to the well space located below the specified annular space for cementation of the rocky soil.
EFFECT: simplification of the injector design and rock grouting technology, formation of a packer with a higher blocking ability.
