FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to methods of fixing soils of buildings and structures bases, and can be used in formation of pile foundations of structures for various purposes in weak water-saturated soils. Method of erection of bored pile with soil-cement broadenings in zone of weak soils includes driving of well with hollow auger with drilling tool equipped with lines supplying high-pressure water-cement solution from pump unit to dispensing element with jet-forming nozzles, which is placed inside hollow screw, having side windows for jet-forming nozzles of dispensing element, as well as recording system of change of mechanical properties of soils, which make up drilled mass, with subsequent formation of soil-cement shell with broadenings in zone of weak soils, which are created in accordance with characteristics of soils determined during drilling, by supplying high-pressure cementing solution through distributing element with jet-forming nozzles. After reaching the design depth of the designed depth from the drilled well, the dispensing element and the drilling tool are removed, into the cavity of the screw the reinforcement frame is lowered and the well is filled with cast-in-consist with concrete to the wellhead, after that, gradual lifting of hollow screw with its unscrewing and simultaneous supply of concrete mixture to well with compaction by pulse discharges till complete filling of formed space. In accordance with the characteristics of soil determined during drilling and formation of soil-cement shell with broadenings in the area of weak soils, a reinforcement frame with side inserts is made, comprising reinforcing rods with hinges of the first type and springs, which enable reinforcement rods of side inserts to fill in side broadenings, as well as with end insert containing welding and thrust rings with first-type hinges and reinforcement rods, which, under action of reinforcement carcass weight and indentation fill end broadening, after which reinforcing frame is lowered into hollow auger, which gradually with unscrewing raise, and as opening and filling reinforcement rods with hinges of the first type of side and end inserts of broadenings of soil-cement shell in zone of weak soils is supplied to concrete mixture to well until complete filling of formed space.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring removal of process settling and increasing bearing capacity and quality of bored pile with soil-cement broadenings in zone of weak soils.
