FIELD: power mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power mechanisms, namely to a hydro-wind power plant. In the hydro-wind power plant, the blades are made up of central and side sections, working like a fan and opening during the working phase and closing during the non-working phase due to the levers with rollers located on the disk (10), mounted on bearings on the shaft. A pipe (17) is located on the disk (10), in which the rod (16) is mounted with the possibility of reciprocating movement, abutting against the lever. At the end of the pipe (17), a fork is fixed, in the lugs of which an axle is rigidly mounted, in the middle of which the central section is rigidly mounted. The side sections are installed freely, and the end sections (26 and 27) are connected by levers with rollers, on which pushers (22 and 23) abut, rigidly sitting on the axis with the possibility of driving the end sections (26 and 27) into oscillatory motion and turning the following sections to form a blade.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a powerful and easy-to-use plant.
