FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of producing foamed silica gel structured with nano-additives, which can be used as a low-density plugging of blast wells or boreholes when crushing rock mass during the extraction of solid minerals. Foam gel is proposed consisting of (% by weight) sodium silicate (10-15), silica “nanosil-30” (0.05-0.15), ABSC foaming agent (3-5), orthophosphoric acid (5-8), and iron chloride (0.1-0.3), the rest is water.
EFFECT: creation of a new stable composition of foam gel, which is obtained at the place of its use as a plugging of downhole charge in open-pit mining or in mines with mechanical mixing with compressed air to a multiplicity of 5-15 units of aqueous solutions of specified substances.
