FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a product for use in multicomponent molding on polycarbonate. This product contains the first structural component and the second structural component. The first structural component contains a polycarbonate composition. The second structural component contains a polymer mixture of (i) from 80% by wt. to 90% of ethylene/α-olefin multiblock copolymer consisting of an ethylene monomer and an unbranched or branched C4-C8 α-olefin comonomer containing from 4 to 8 carbon atoms, and (ii) from 10% by wt. to 20% by wt. of a functional polymer modifier. The functional polymer modifier is an ethylene/ester copolymer containing an ester comonomer having the Structure (1): , where each of R1 and R2 is independently a C1-C2 hydrocarbon group. The second structural component is attached to the first structural component. The product has delamination strength at an angle of 90°C from 2.5 N/mm to 5.0 N/mm between the second structural component and the first structural component.
EFFECT: development of elastomeric materials based on olefins, which provide suitable adhesion to polycarbonate, in particular, for use in multicomponent molding.
