FIELD: treatment of gas.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology for gas purification, particularly to a coupling apparatus, an activated carbon transporting system and a method for transporting activated carbon for multi-process off-gas purification. The coupling apparatus (3) is configured to connect the transporting apparatus (4) in form of a container with an unloading apparatus (5), wherein it consequently includes, from top to bottom: an unloading interface (301), a receiving interface (302), and a support base (303 ), wherein the upper end of the unloading interface (301) connects with the unloading apparatus (5) and the lower end thereof matches and connects with the upper end of the receiving interface (302), wherein the lower end of the receiving interface (302) connects with the transporting apparatus (4), wherein the unloading interface (301) and the receiving interface (302) constitute cylindrical interfaces. The support base (303) is therein equipped with a square T-shaped groove (304), wherein the cross-section of the transporting apparatus (4) matches the shape and size of the surface of the T-shaped groove (304), and the central axis of the T-shaped groove (304) matches the central axis of the support base (303), wherein the side wall of the T-shaped groove (304) is equipped with a position sensor (305) and the lower part of the support base (303) is equipped with a weight detection sensor (306). The coupling apparatus (3) is also movably connected with the transporting apparatus (4) so that the transporting apparatus (4) is accessible to the coupling apparatus (3) when activated carbon needs to be transported, and is located separately from the coupling apparatus (3) and is moved away when the transporting apparatus (4) is completely full. The system includes: a contaminated activated carbon delivery system and a reduced activated carbon delivery system, wherein the contaminated activated carbon delivery system includes a purification unit for off-gas (1) of each process, a transporting apparatus (4) and said coupling apparatus (3) connected accordingly with the unloading apparatus (5) at the bottom of each adsorption unit (101), and the recovered activated carbon delivery system includes a desorption and activation system (2), a transporting apparatus (4) and said coupling apparatus (3) connected with the unloading apparatus (5) at the bottom of the reduced activated carbon vessel (202).
EFFECT: provided are balance and stability of the activated carbon transporting system, as well as increased efficiency of activated carbon transportation and reduced transportation costs.
