FIELD: exhaust gas purification.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a multi-process exhaust gas purification system and a method for controlling this system. The exhaust gas purification system includes a subsystem for centralized desorption and activation of activated carbon (2), as well as exhaust gas purification equipment (110, 120) corresponding to each process. Each waste gas treatment equipment (110, 120) unit is connected to the subsystem of centralized desorption and activation of activated carbon (2), respectively, through the subsystem of activated carbon transportation (3). The main control unit uses the value of the sum of the activated carbon circulation flow of all processes obtained from the corresponding process control units to represent the activated carbon circulation flow of the subsystem of centralized desorption and activated carbon activation (2) and controls the control unit of the activation subsystem (102) to regulate the set frequency of conveyor scales (26), feeding device (22) and unloading device (24) in the subsystem of centralized desorption and activated carbon activation (2) so that the circulating consumption of activated carbon in the subsystem of centralized desorption and activation of activated carbon (2) is essentially equal to the sum of the circulating consumption of activated carbon of the waste gas treatment equipment (110, 120) in each process. Methods for controlling a multi-process exhaust gas purification system are also stated.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the efficiency of the exhaust gas purification system and an optimal effect of exhaust gas purification.
