SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of gas purification technologies and, in particular, to a multi-process waste gas purification system and a control method. The group of inventions reveals a multi-process exhaust gas purification system and a control method, including: providing the sintering process with a centralized desorption subsystem forming an integrated structure with the adsorption subsystem of the sintering process, with the possibility of full circulation of activated carbon between the centralized desorption subsystem and the adsorption subsystem of the sintering process through a conveyor chain without the need for additional conveying devices, as a result, the influence of the transportation process on the operation of the system is reduced while preserving transport resources. The centralized desorption subsystem contains a device for distributing the material. The recovered activated carbon is distributed in the adsorption subsystem of the sintering process using the first material distribution device, and the flow rate of activated carbon in the centralized desorption subsystem is equal to the flow rate of activated carbon in the adsorption subsystem of the sintering process and the adsorption subsystems of the remaining processes. By setting the operating parameters of the feeding device, the unloading device and the material distribution device of the centralized desorption subsystem, precise control of the balanced ratio between the centralized desorption subsystem and the adsorption subsystems on the side of the centralized desorption subsystem is ensured.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides regulation of the balance between a centralized desorption subsystem and a set of adsorption subsystems coordinated with it for purifying waste gases.
