FIELD: vibration technology.
SUBSTANCE: method for automatic tuning of resonant vibration modes of a vibration machine driven by an asynchronous motor. The invention relates to vibration technology and can be used to excite resonant vibrations of vibrating machines with an oscillator made in the form of an asynchronous electric motor, and to maintain their resonance state when the technological load changes. The method includes excitation of vibrations of the working body of the vibration machine by periodic force due to the rotation of the unbalance of the inertial vibration exciter, control of the vibration velocity of vibrations of the mechanical system of the vibration machine and tuning to the resonance mode of its vibrations. The vibration speed of the working body of the vibration machine is monitored using a vibration sensor made on the basis of the Kapitsa pendulum and connected by a contact with the control unit of the frequency converter of the asynchronous motor. The Kapitsa pendulum is placed in a holder made of a conductive material, which has contact with the control unit of the frequency converter, and is adjusted so that the vertical dynamic position of the pendulum corresponds to the resonance mode of the vibrator, and at this time it does not touch the walls of the holder.
