FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration insulation system comprises a platform mounted on the fixed base by means of elastic-viscous supports, a control unit, a frequency converter of electric energy, two transducers of unbalance position and an oscillation sensor. The control unit consists of signal matching device, a phase shift calculation unit and programmable logic controller. The elastic component of elastic-viscous supports is in the form of a cylindrical helical spring consisting of two parts with opposite ends. The first spring part has rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The opposite directed end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The segmental profile gaps of the contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction lubricant. The packing seal is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent the lubricant leakage. The first part of the screw spring is enclosed by the tube of a damping material. The gaps in the first part of the helical spring which is covered by the tube of damping material, are filled with a crumble of friction material.
EFFECT: automatic adjustment to resonance mode of vibration machine working element oscillation, increase of damping in the system.
