FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration equipment and can be used in various industries. Device for automatic tuning and supporting resonance modes of oscillations of vibration machine driven by induction motor comprises a control unit, a frequency power converter, two unbalance vibration sensors, position sensor installed on working member of vibratory machine. According to invention, unbalance position sensors are composed of two optocouples installed on housing of electric motor in points located symmetrically relative to rotation axis of balance weight on a horizontal line passing through axis, and balance weight is made with a hole, centre of which is located on line the centre of rotation and centre of gravity of unbalance in point corresponding to axis of sensitivity of optocouples, vibration transducer and unbalance position sensors are connected to inputs of control unit, output of which is connected to control input of frequency converter, power input is connected to external power source, and output of frequency converter is connected to induction motor.
EFFECT: technical result is aimed at automatic adjustment and maintenance of resonance oscillations of working element of vibration machine, excited by unbalance inertia vibration exciter driven by induction motor, with change of parameters of mechanical system of vibratory machine due to control frequency of supply voltage.
