The body of the folding shutter is pivotally fixed to the end of the dry dock with a vertical axis of rotation, while it is equipped with a propulsor, for example, a propeller with a drive for its rotation, fixed to the body of the folding shutter at a point as far as possible from the axis of rotation of the body of the folding shutter.

EFFECT: simplification of the design, acceleration of work and control over the state of the shutter when opening and closing is achieved.
