SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in agriculture to stimulate plant growth, in veterinary medicine and medicine. To obtain an eco-friendly aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, the reactor is filled with water. Ultraviolet lamps and high-voltage electrodes are placed in the reactor. The water in the reactor is irradiated with ultraviolet radiation from ultraviolet lamps with a wavelength of 150-400 nm with an ultraviolet radiation energy density of 10-100 MJ/cm2, the electric power of ultraviolet lamps is 5-30 W per one liter of water volume in the reactor. At the same time, water is irradiated with electric discharge streamers with a voltage of 1-1000 kV and a frequency of 1 kHz - 6 MHz by connecting high-voltage electrodes with a resonant high-frequency Tesla transformer. A variant of a method for obtaining an environment-friendly solution of hydrogen peroxide and a device for implementing these methods is also proposed.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to obtain environment-friendly sterile solutions of hydrogen peroxide that do not contain chemical stabilizing additives by electrophysical action on water.
