SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in agriculture, crop production. The device for obtaining an environmentally friendly solution of hydrogen peroxide to stimulate the growth and development of plants contains a reactor filled with water and sources of physical impact on water, including an emitter of incoherent optical radiation with an illumination in the visible region of at least 650 lux and an emitter of high-frequency electromagnetic radiation with an absorption frequency of molecular oxygen and a power flux density of at least 4.0 mW/cm2. The emitter of incoherent optical radiation and the emitter of high-frequency electromagnetic radiation are connected to electric power supply and control units connected through an inverter to the solar module. The reactor contains pipes for supplying water and draining the hydrogen peroxide solution and is made of a material with a high attenuation coefficient of electromagnetic radiation. Inside the reactor, filled with water, a high-frequency electromagnetic radiation emitter isolated from water is installed.

EFFECT: improvement of the device for obtaining an environmentally friendly solution of hydrogen peroxide.
