FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal destruction and pyrolysis, in particular, to functionally independent apparatuses used as part of complex process lines for recycling and disposal of municipal sewage sludge and rubber chips produced as a result of grinding the rubber of used automobile tyres. The apparatus comprises a supply unit and a chamber for thermal destruction. The supply unit includes an asynchronous engine with a drive shaft, spreaders, a disk. The asynchronous engine with a drive shaft and a key is secured by fasteners on the body with a cavity. The disk and the spreaders are secured on the sleeve and form a non-detachable connection. The chamber for thermal destruction comprises an external wall, an internal wall, an upper pipe, an internal flange, an adjustment ring, pushers with threaded sections, threaded sleeves, a lower pipe, an outlet branch pipe, a reaction cavity, a heating cavity, an inlet branch pipe, a support. The external wall is made in the form of an external boundary of the heating cavity and comprises holes wherein the inlet branch pipe, the outlet pipe, the threaded sleeves, the lower pipe are secured separately. The internal wall is made in the form of an external boundary of the reaction cavity and comprises an upper edge section, a lower edge section, an annular groove formed by the upper edge section and the lower edge section placed opposite each other at a distance of the height of the annular groove. The reaction cavity is in communication with the upper pipe and the lower pipe by means of the annular groove. The upper area of the annular groove is configured to ensure supply of the product into the reaction cavity, and the lower area of the annular groove is configured to ensure removal of the destruction products from the reaction cavity. The lower pipe is secured in the central hole of the internal flange, and the adjustment ring is installed in the annular cavity, configured to perform vertical reciprocating movement by means of the pushers with threaded sections and the peripheral holes. The threaded sleeved are secured on the external wall and are in communication with the threaded sections of the pushers by means of a thread. The external wall is secured on the internal wall so that the dominant section of the internal wall and reaction cavity are placed in the heating cavity, and the external wall envelops the internal wall, wherein the support is placed under the external wall and secured on the latter.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity of the apparatus.
