SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to connecting devices for fixing the cover of the car air filter to the filter case. The group of inventions concerns a connecting device for fixing the cover to the case of the car air filter and to the filter element, thanks to which, with the help of the cover, it is possible to close the insertion hole provided in the filter case for the filter element. The device consists of at least one holding element on the filter element and a locking element on the cover. The holding element can be fixed in the recess of the filter case by means of a surface for contacting the locking element protruding from the cover. The holding element has a fixation geometry, by means of which it can be fixed in the recess of the filter case made in the form of a fixation niche, so that the filter element can be fixed in the fixation position on the filter case, and the locking element is made in the form of a rod. At one end of the rod, at least one locking bar protrudes, and at the other end, the handle for rotating the locking element protrudes. The rod is guided through the cover in such a way that the cover and the filter element can be pressed against each other in the fixation position with at least one locking bar and with at least one contact surface made in the form of a ramp on the holding element. The holding elements come into contact with each other as a result of the rotation of the locking element. In addition, the invention relates to a filter element with a holding element of such a connecting device.
