FIELD: shipborne artillery installation.
SUBSTANCE: small-caliber shipborne artillery installation includes a machine with ladges mounted on the deck of the carrier ship with a rotation drive with a horizontal guidance drive, a cradle with two trunnions on which it is installed in the machine tool ladders with the ability to rotate with a vertical guidance drive, a single-barreled small-caliber automatic cannon. The operation of the automatic cannon automation is provided by the rollback and rollback of the bolt carrier. The receiver of the automatic cannon is fixed in the cradle so that the axis of the barrel of this gun intersects with the geometric axis of rotation of the machine by the drive of horizontal guidance. The cradle is made in the form of a bowl-shaped metal structure, closed by a closed and fixed protection connected to this metal structure, from which the gun barrel protrudes; inside the cradle, next to the gun, there is a rotary-type magazine. The rotor is equipped with longitudinal wedge-shaped blades, the gaps between which form the cavities of single-row box magazines, in which the artillery cartridges are arranged radially by shells to the rotor axis.
EFFECT: invention ensures the possibility of selective feeding of an artillery machine of a small-caliber naval artillery installation with ammunition of any type.
