FIELD: air cleaning technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices for cleaning the air entering the turbocharger, for example, a gas turbine installation (GTI). An air cleaning device is proposed, including a visor sequentially located along the air flow, an anti-icing system mixer and a filter system consisting of a dehumidifier, a coarse filter and a fine filter, combined into a single module connected through an air intake tract, including a noise reduction unit, with a gas turbine compressor, characterized in that a single module of the air cleaning device includes an autonomous generator of heating air of the anti-ice system, supplying heating air to the anti-ice system mixer for heating the purified air in front of the filter system. The anti-ice system’s heating air generator consists of an air filtration system sequentially located along the air flow, a fan with an autonomous drive and an air heater, in which the air (further supplied to the anti-ice system mixer) is heated by electric energy or by the heat of combustion of organic fuel. The claimed technical solution allows to significantly increase the power and efficiency of the GTI due to the rejection of the selection of high-pressure hot air from its compressor, which reduces the power of the gas turbine during the operation of the anti-ice system, by equipping a single module of the air purifier with an autonomous generator of heating air for the operation of the anti-ice system.
EFFECT: solution simplifies the design of the air purifier and reduces its metal consumption by eliminating devices that ensure the use of high-pressure air (choke devices, noise reduction units, large-sized high and low-pressure air tracts), which will reduce the cost of production and transportation of the anti-ice system and the single module of the air purifier as a whole.
