FIELD: paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of paper or cardboard. The method for the production of paper or cardboard includes stages in which fibrous raw materials containing lignocellulose fibers are obtained and a retention system containing cationic synthetic polymer is added to fibrous raw materials, a fibrous canvas is formed from fibrous raw materials and dried, while micro-fibrillated cellulose containing micro-fibrillated non-wood cellulose obtained from vegetables, fruits, plant cores and mixtures thereof is added to fibrous raw materials as a retention system component in series with cationic synthetic polymer, where the first part of cationic synthetic polymer is added to dense raw material with a degree of density of ≥2% by wt., and the second part of cationic synthetic polymer is added to liquid raw material.
EFFECT: providing a method that allows achieving effective and uniform retention of components of fibrous raw materials while maintaining at least the capability of draining, reducing the formation of dust in the production of paper or cardboard.
