FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition of heterophase polypropylene (HECO), a method for obtaining a composition of HECO, a product and a packaging product. This composition contains a matrix phase and an elastomeric phase dispersed in it, the polypropylene composition contains: from 60.0 to 93.0 wt. % of the crystalline homopolymer of propylene, from 5.0 to 20.0 wt. % elastomeric ethylene-propylene rubber and polymer nucleating agent. The crystalline homopolymer of propylene has a melting point Tm of more than 155°С. The nucleating agent contains a polymer selected from a vinyl cycloalkane polymer and a vinyl alkane polymer. A crystalline propylene homopolymer and elastomeric ethylene-propylene rubber were obtained in the presence of a catalyst with a single polymerization center on the metal. This method involves the polymerization of propylene using at least three-stage polymerization in the presence of a catalyst with a single polymerization center on the metal. This method may contain a stage of introducing a nucleating agent in the form of a masterbatch or a stage of preliminary polymerization. The product is obtained in the form of films or sheet products.
EFFECT: development of a composition of heterophase polypropylene with high rigidity, high impact strength and high transparency.
