A device for tactile action and information transmission with a changing surface shape, consisting of at least one body, as well as moving elements that provide a change in the shape of the surface of the device by pushing these elements out of the body or into the body due to magnetic or electromagnetic interaction with electrical elements controlled by the controller, characterized in that at least part of the walls of the body is made of elastic material; the movable element is made in the form of a magnetic fluid or a powder of ferromagnetic materials and is located inside the body; one or more electrical elements that have a magnetic or electromagnetic effect on the movable element are located in the rest of the walls of the housing or behind its walls; the electric element is located relative to the movable element in such a way that due to the magnetic or electromagnetic effect of the electric element on the movable element, the movable element changes its shape and acts on the elastic part of the body; the movable electrical element is located between the fixed part of the body and the elastic material in such a way that, as a result of its movement caused by the specified interaction with the electrical element attached to the fixed part of the body, it changes the surface shape of the elastic material; the electrical element is designed in such a way that the power of its magnetic or electromagnetic influence is sufficient for the movable element to change the shape of the elastic surface of the device.
